Individual Therapy
Our providers support individuals through one on one video sessions.
All of our providers support folks over the age of 18. Some of our providers are skilled with adolescents (13 to 18). Some are also trained with elders (over 65).
We offer Telehealth Sessions, which are sessions conducted over a HIPAA compliant, secure, video conference. You will need a stable WiFi connection and:
• A laptop (a new browser tab will open to launch the video conference), or
• A mobile device (may need to download an app)
Although Telehealth is convenient and eliminates barriers such as travel time, it is not for everyone. It requires that you have a space that is private where you can talk uninterrupted for the duration of our session. We can discuss this together to see if engaging in therapy this way would be beneficial to you.
Please note that not all insurance companies cover telehealth. Please check with your insurance prior to services.
Clinical Supervision
Some of our providers have met the requirements to provide Clinical Supervision.
We offer both Individual Supervision as well as Group Supervision.
In addition, we also provide supervision for the following specialties:
• Hospice and Palliative Care
• Medical Social Work
• BIPOC Provider support
Please note that we do not allow new providers outside our Group Practice to work under our license.
