Choosing to engage in therapy takes guts. This important decision demonstrates a tremendous level of self-awareness and integrity. Entering into a therapeutic relationship with an open heart and mind presents an amazing opportunity for self-discovery, personal growth and healing.

I enjoy engaging with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I have worked with people who are living with depression and anxiety, PTSD and also people who feel that they are in a state of prolonged grief.

I partner with clients using a strengths-based approach and incorporate motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy in my sessions. I also incorporate grounding and mindfulness exercises.

I come to Peaceful Soul Healing with a background in social justice work, child welfare and crisis counseling. I have traveled with my family extensively and have lived for several years in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. I also have raised my three children in an interfaith-intercultural household. These experiences have nurtured within me a great sense of respect for diversity in culture, religion and class. I am training to be a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and am completing a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University.

We all deserve a sense of wholeness and joy in our lives. Sometimes it requires a partner to help us identify and overcome what is getting in the way of that wholeness and joy. I look forward to partnering with you on that journey.
