Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We are able to support not only trauma that has just occurred (acute stress reaction to trauma), but also historical trauma (such as PTSD or CPTSD).

We believe that the client should be the guide when talking about trauma and support them to take control, including pushing back when it feels too intense, or pushing forward when they feel ready. We are able to provide support using emotional regulation tools, mindfulness, somatics, and other techniques to support clients processing trauma.
