As a therapist specializing in working with neurodivergent adults, I provide a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming space for those navigating dyslexia, OCD, ADHD, autism, and other unique ways of experiencing the world. My practice is dedicated to helping clients recognize and build on their inherent strengths while managing challenges related to anxiety and depression.

I work with individuals from all backgrounds and identities, including providing gender-affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment. As a neurodivergent individual and a workplace accessibility educator, I understand the challenges of navigating environments that may not fully accommodate unique needs.

My passion is advocating for universal accessibility drawing from my experiences of feeling “othered” and unsupported in professional settings. Together, we’ll address the stress and expectations of modern workplaces, and explore strategies to create a more self-compassionate and empowered path for self-advocacy.

I am Puerto Rican-American and a native Spanish speaker. I know firsthand what it’s like to balance different cultural worlds. Navigating questions of identity and belonging has been part of my journey, and this personal experience helps me connect with clients facing similar situations. I deeply value the richness of each person’s story, and in sessions, you’ll find an open, validating space where all parts of you are seen, heard, and respected.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies—Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)—alongside Somatic Therapy for trauma to address the mind-body connection. I emphasize the importance of caring for sensory needs to aid in nervous system regulation, which can be essential for managing overwhelm and building emotional flexibility. We’ll explore unhelpful thinking patterns and develop tailored practical tools for your well-being.

I am dedicated to supporting you as you develop self-compassion and strive for a more balanced and fulfilling life. If this speaks to you, I would be honored to accompany you on this journey. Currently, I am finishing my graduate studies at Eastern Washington University's School of Social Work and am passionate about offering inclusive and empowering care.
